"Warranty help was easier than I expected"
I had a little issue with my scooter after a few weeks, so I ended up using the warranty. I don’t remember every single step, but support got back to me quickly, asked for a couple photos, and then sent the part out without making it a big hassle. The return instructions were clear too, at least from what I remember. it went a lot smoother than I thought it would

"I got my hiboy about a month..."
I got my hiboy about a month ago, and so far I’ve been happy with how solid it feels. The frame doesn’t feel flimsy or cheap, which was one of the things I was a little worried about before buying it. Nothing has felt loose or rattly, and I haven’t noticed any parts shifting around while I ride. I use it for regular daily trips, not anything crazy, and it handles those rides really well. It just feels like it was put together properly, which makes me feel more comfortable riding it.

"Pretty comfy ride, I think"
It rides really smooth and feels stable to me. I mean, I haven’t had it for a super long time, so maybe I’m still getting used to it, but so far it’s been comfortable and steady.

"Had a problem with my scooter and support..."
Had a problem with my scooter and support actually got back to me the same day, which was nice. It did take another message before everything got sorted, so that was a little annoying, but they were helpful overall.

"Got here sooner than I thought"
I ordered from hiboy.com and the scooter actually showed up a day early, which was a nice surprise. The box had a small dent on it, but everything inside seemed totally fine as far as I could tell. Tracking was decent enough and I didn’t have any real issues. Overall, I’d say I’m happy with how it went.

"Good value compared to others I’ve tried"
I got my Hiboy scooter last month it’s been solid for the price. I’ve tried a couple of other scooters before, and this one feels like a good middle ground without spending a ton. The battery life has been decent for my usual rides, and shipping was fine, nothing amazing but no real issues. It’s not perfect, but for what I paid, I’m happy with it overall.

"Battery lasts way longer than I honestly expected"
I’ve been using my hiboy pretty much every day to get to work, the battery has been, like, really solid so far. I can usually go a few days before I even have to think about charging it, which is kind of better than I expected. The range seems close to what I was hoping for too, and even when I hit a few hills, it still holds up well. So yeah, no real complaints at this point — I’m happy with it

"Fast and smooth, but I’m not fully sold anymore"
I got my Hiboy scooter it was quicker than I expected right out of the box. The acceleration feels solid and it handles my daily rides smoothly. At first I was really happy with it, but the battery not lasting quite as well as I hoped has made me a little less confident in it over time. It’s still a good scooter overall, I just don’t trust it as much for longer rides as I did when I first got it.
